We started using Jeff back in 2020 for business coaching for our Health and Safety business. I took over the coaching from my husband Martin as it would be more beneficial for me to learn more about growing our business. From the training sessions that I have had with Jeff, he has not only helped me improve my knowledge on how to run our business but has given me the confidence to now go out there and start up my own business. A previous colleague of mine told me that an MD of his once said “I never went to Managing Directors school you know. They don’t teach this stuff - you just learn as you go”. Since that day I’ve been very aware of how to be the best leader for myself, my business and my team.

Before a networking meeting, Jeff mentioned in passing something about guaranteeing services that really resonated with me. I’ve learnt vital lessons from other business owners, and successfully implemented it all to improve the health of my business and build the sort of business that I own, rather than one that owns me.

Great seminar....

Well worth the extra time after work. Yes it is free and we even got refreshments included. No hard selling either trying to get you to sign up to the plan so that was nice.

I have now got some very interesting projects to work on to help my business grow and I look forward to working with Jeff in the future.
