Around a year ago, the North Dorset Trailway Network Trustees decided that our website was no longer fit for purpose and that we needed a new, modern, user friendly one. This included it being suitable for phones and tablets in a way that the old one wasn’t. Having limited technical expertise within our Trustee group, it was important for us to find an agency who would give full support and guidance through the process. Based on a combination of their expertise, local knowledge and understanding of our requirements, we decided to go with Kacper and the team at Parrot Creative.

A few years ago we had a major problem with our village website. After doing our research we turned to Kacper and his team at Parrot Creative. We were not disappointed and we were up and running again in not time. When the time came to replace our old WordPress Theme with a new modern one they were our natural choice. I have been using Parrot Creative for a little over three years now for everything from simple Minecraft hosting, to dedicated server hosting, and now web hosting. The owner, Kacper, has always been here to help ever since the beginning. They are my favorite hosting company and I will always go back to them for hosting. Up time has been extremely close to 100%. Over the past three years I think I have only had 2 or 3 outages which were quickly fixed.

Also, their support is amazing. Kacper and his staff have always been able to solve my issues. Even when the problem was something I did to my own server. They have gone above and beyond the support they should offer to their clients many times.

Finally, my favorite thing about them is that they actually care about their customers. Most hosting companies get their clients, then sit back and don't worry about them unless there is a problem. The thing I love about Parrot Creative is that they care about their clients and will actually send out direct messages to their clients to see how they are doing and how they can help and improve things. I haven't seen any other hosting companies that do this, at least on such a personal level.
