Some of the best food we've ever ate, we especially liked the cod and the soda bread.

Very friendly staff and very chill atmosphere.

My only criticism would be the seating. It's marketed as, and is, quite a high end restaurant. So when you book in advance and turn up to be sat on bar stools for 2 hours, it's not great, especially for the price. Otherwise faultless.

Was recommended by Albion Abertifi with a %15 as we were staying there. If you like small plates that are full of flavour and creativity, then this is for you. Dishes are served sporadically and can take some time, not a problem when you're chatting, sipping their wonderful cocktails in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I will return and recommend Yr Hen Printworks. 👌

This place has a Michelin Accreditation, so you know the food and drinks would be fab.

The food was incredible, and so were the drinks. I had a cocktail and a pale ale, and both were great, even if I didn't like the cocktail glasses or the garnish in the cocktail.

The only real downside was that the prices are about the same as a Michelin 1 Star place. So be prepared to pay. I had 2 small plates and 2 drinks, and paid a little over £50.

That being said, it was so delicious the price doesn't seem unfair at all.

I would definitely recommend. It's a great place to be, and I would go every week if I could afford it! It was just birthday treat to myself, this time. 😀

10 out of 10 from start to finish. Excellent front of house service, and so professional. The food was awesome 👌 with a great selection offered. Delicious tapas style small plates to share. Excellent choice of beverages, including non alcoholic choices. Great decor and an over must visit when in the area. Pre book though online. Excellent communication throughout.

First time visitors, but definitely will be visiting again! What an amazing find in Cardigan! Enjoyed a really nice meal at Yr Hen Printworks. The website doesn’t do it justice, but would definitely recommend. All the dishes were wonderfully presented and tasted fantastic! First time trying hake and would thoroughly recommend the hake, fish cake and carrots! Dan was our server and provided excellent customer service, and one of the managers even shared a little history about the building and restaurant name itself which was a nice touch. Really nice atmosphere as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in Cardigan!

Superb food and cocktails. Everything was beautiful prepared and presented and tasted incredible. Set in a lovely restored building with a great atmosphere inside. Service was really good, the staff were super friendly. I would eat here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant. My wife and I ordered and shared all of the small plates on the menu along with bread and an amazing potato terrine side.

It was all delightful. Service was efficient and friendly. Every single dish was tasty and extremely well presented.

If you are anywhere within 20 miles of this place, then make a booking and go.

We paid around £100 plus tip for the food, a cocktail, a cider and two lovely desserts. A steal for the quality on offer.
