I completed the NEBOSH General Certificate as a classroom based course during 2021, opting to undertake two, week blocks. Luke, the trainer was very knowledgeable in this field and his experiences brought the course to life, making it easier to absorb the information and adding to the learning experience. Luke also provided support throughout the entire course duration up until all assessments had been completed and submitted. I would recommend TSW Training as a provider for your training needs.

I would highly recommend the ILM Core Skills for Managers course to develop existing skills, I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was most insightful and interactive. I learnt a great deal not only from the tutor Andrew WallBridge but also from the other delegates attending the course.

I loved the method of teaching, Andrew had just the right balance, drawing on his experiences and those of the delegates giving a better perspective of different types of Leadership and Management Skills whilst backing the course content up with visual aids. I feel I have gained from the 2 days and taken a lot from it that will add to my personal growth as a Manager not only in my professional capacity but also in my personal growth. Under the current circumstances with COVID I felt a bit apprehensive attending a classroom based course but I was quickly assured by the measures that TSW had in place that their priority was providing a safe environment for their delegates, staff and tutors.

I also have to commend the staff for their professionalism namely Karen Wood on the meet and greet and also Karen King on taking the time to discuss my interest in future courses to progress in education and training. They are a real credit to TSW.

Not forgetting Gareth Harris, for his continued support before, during and after the training course which is above and beyond my expectations of a training provider.
