Having left my details in relation to using this company to sell our home I waited over a week to receive a call back. On providing a quick overview of our home the flippant condescending remark I received was ‘the clue is in the name of the company’ your property isn’t something we would be interested in . I think you’re probably in the wrong job your customer service skills are appalling and I have made sure everyone I now speak to know the experience i received .I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and that they were far too busy to even consider our home, like she was looking down her nose at me . A few weeks later I received a rightmove notification alerting me of a new property on the market that this company was acting for. I couldn’t believe it , in exactly the same area as our own with less to offer , on for £200k less than ours has been valued at . It looks like your rudeness was a costly lesson .

A lovely walk with woods and ponds. Very pretty with lots of wildlife. I didn't see any toilet facilities and parking is limited on the roadside hence the four stars.

Site hard to navigate, sign put up in properties and when you check web site can’t find them , when you try to ring them no call back for days and then the staff are not very helpful or polite

Estate Agents tend to be in one of 2 categories...They are either really good or really bad!!!

Coast and Marine are really really good, I have dealt with them for 7 years now, bought 2 x properties, both of which I would not have been able to secure without Jean and her team...especially Lesley, who is great, professional, knowledgable, always calls you back etc etc

We both sold our last property and bought our present property this agent. Jean at C&M is the most professional agent we have dealt with, and the only agent we have dealt with which we felt offered a service which offered true value for money.

I realise that this reads like the "puff" sometimes written by the subject so some examples:
- provided quality photography and revisited property to make the most of changes in the weather and light..and can make proper use of a wide angle lens.
- accompanied all visits as a matter of course
- advertised property approoriately e.g. in Cheshire Life
- did not look for additional payment for any of the above (something that we experienced more than once in Cheshire)
- provided clear and professional advice during negotiation of both sale & purchase
- responded to without delay

...based on our previous experiences, I find myself a bit surprised myself writing complements about an estate agent at this length ...but they are good.

My experience of a viewing was not that good didn’t have the keys to the property when we arrived had to wait for them to obtain them.
