We sell software B2B so we weren't looking to necessarily generate a big social media following, we wanted some very specific outcomes in terms of sales and exposure. We had very specific measures of success for what seemed like a punt of an experiment. We worked with BFB to bring video into our marketing and publicity to give us a new outlet. Initially thought it would be just a good studio and editing experience to give a polished result but it was so much more. The team at BFB helped with every step including planning, content, message, nerves, presenting, production, direction, editing, distribution and everything in-between. We had such a great response video has become one of the main outlets for us from YouTube generally but also for direct marketing to specific individuals.

Their YouTube channel is great to help with the challenges of getting to grips with video and if you're a business thinking about it but not sure, these are the guys to go with. They are a "sleeves up" part of your team and so flexible and very very patient. If they can deal with me they can deal with anyone!

We've seen direct attributable results to our video marketing which have paid back the investment many times over within 3 months of launch. That's pretty unusual for selling software B2B, but it got us access to closed doors and inboxes where email, cold call and direct mail had already failed.

If you're not sure I would encourage you to talk through the options with BFB as once you get into Video, the bang for your buck is so much better than you expect and the initial nerves vanish so quickly when you get the sales results you're looking for. We have learned so much from them and it absolutely would not have worked without their help.

We've had the pleasure of working with the Business Film Booth previously to create some of our customer testimonial videos, which are still commented on to this day for their quality and effectiveness. More recently we engaged with Dave and spent a full day with him in our office setting up our own studio . He advised us from the very beginning the right kit we'd need to purchase, set everything up for us (the lighting and angles were perfect and masterfully done), and ran through a live scripting session where we wrote, filmed & edited on the day so we had a deep-dive practice into how everything should be done. We were very impressed with the service - it was a very beneficial and enjoyable day. We can't wait to get filming!

It was very hands on and interactive, exactly what we needed! He also brought a lot of equipment with him which was really useful, meant we could test stuff before we purchased.
