I have worked with PUSH for over 5 years now. The agency manages our search and paid social media marketing. We have consistently exceeded our paid media KPIs well below our target CPA. Our non-traditional relationship with the agency means with have a hands on approach to campaign management based on a mutual respect. Over the years, we have worked with their creative team and web development too. They always seem to manage to be one step ahead and on top of trends so we had their creative team run training session with us as well. What is so impressive about PUSH is that over our working relationship I personally have met their staff that are not even on our account and they make conscious effort to say hello at every opportunity. I don't always know what they do, but I do know who they are!

Fraudulent trading and stole money from a card when we told them we were leaving.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Push Group. Their performance was abysmal, and I found their lack of monthly meetings and communication deeply concerning. It felt like my business was an afterthought to them.

One of the major issues was their mismanagement of our PPC campaigns. They set them to the default settings, resulting in a tremendous waste of our budget. The lack of attention to detail and expertise was evident, as the campaigns failed to generate any meaningful results. It was a clear indication of their incompetence in handling pay-per-click advertising.

Furthermore, the promised monthly meetings never materialized. There was a complete lack of proactive communication and reporting on the progress of our campaigns. It felt as if our business was being ignored, and our concerns were left unanswered. When they did turn up Slav never showed up and we had an embarrassing wait for his colleague.

Frustrated with the poor performance and lack of accountability, we decided to switch to UK Digital Marketing. It turned out to be a game-changer for us. In just two weeks, they managed to triple our leads using the same budget that Push Group had been squandering. The stark contrast in results only highlighted the sheer ineffectiveness of Push Group's strategies. The will blame tracking of leads but we have not changed a single thing that side just better management.

I strongly caution against engaging with Push Group for your marketing needs. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have cost us valuable time and resources. Seek a reliable and competent marketing agency like UK Digital Marketing, who prioritize their clients' success and deliver exceptional results.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Push Group, a digital marketing and SEO company. My experience with them has been disheartening, as they failed to uphold basic standards in their service delivery. From glaring spelling mistakes in promotional materials to incorrect artwork sent from other clients, it was clear that attention to detail was sorely lacking and this happened on a number of occasions in a short period of time.

One alarming discovery was their practice of outsourcing labor to freelancers in South Africa and other countries while charging premium prices and falsely claiming all work was done in-house. The initial promises made by the management team were impressive, but the subsequent handover to a less responsive team was disappointing. Attempts to contact them were met with difficulty, as calls often went unanswered and emails were sent in bulk within a short timeframe which shows they don’t work on the account daily and only allocate certain days or short periods of time.

Moreover, there was a consistent failure to log into the social media management portal, indicating a lack of commitment to ongoing client engagement. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of recommending Push Group to another company, only for both of us to realise the subpar service, poor deliverables, and inadequate management processes.

Push Group appears to be a deceptive organisation that compromises on quality, starting from the top. If you value the integrity of your social media presence and brand design and revenue, I strongly advise steering clear of Push Group and considering a more reputable option based in the UK with a dedicated team, such as VagaBond Digital which have now come to the rescue and within weeks my business message and overall brand design is back to where it should have been and sales started to increase after a huge car crash of decline due to Push Groups poor delivery of brand assets and messages and adverts.

My additional comment on the 5/1/24 thank you for your reply to my comment, interesting how many bad reviews and the replies to the customer is that it is there fault always. If we were so in the wrong and poor communication which never happened from our side as well as having scheduled calls why did you dismiss a team member due to our issues and complaints. Personally I think that is awful behaviour from your company the staff member had no management or guidance as you have to many processes in the company and no actual time for staff. Whew we were told this we were shocked as that is not how you treat staff and to remove a staff member and not mentor them shows a-lot about the kill, and head hunt culture that goes on internally but also with customer when they complain and not happy.
