I would not bother with a bad review. Just report it as a thrid party violation. Plus, Google notes that cold calling is already considered a violation of their “Harassing, abusive, or untrustworthy behavior” it is quite simple to do. Google is coming down on companies like this one hard.

They operate under 3 different names that is really strange. Known Locally, Thrive Media Group and also Ad People.
They promise you the world until you sign your contract.
They say they will offer changes etc and charge you for each change.
They can talk the talk but unfortunately cant walk the walk. There are better independent operations out there who can offer you better quality service and also better customer service. You will get passed around a lot of different people. If you are in the cleaning industry save yourself the money!

Cold called by someone determined to sell, claiming to be a "google partner" in an office with 160 people. Pushed until I agreed to hear his pitch at an agreed time. I tried to cancel so he called again and put the hard and aggressive sales pitch on again. I said multiple times I wasn't interested and had someone in mind until voices were being raised to be heard across each other. I eventually had to shout not to call again and hung up to end the call since he wouldn't let me end it politely.

Overwhelmingly forward after a cold call, attempting to get immediate management access to my Google ads account within 1 minute of discussion. Rude and belligerent. Stay clear.
