My experience started shakily having approved my artwork for some beautiful food packaging for my food stall. A week after approval I enquired about delivery and was told it would be another week and we’ll after the date I needed it for. When I told them it was essential to my business, Jesal, who had answered my query spoke to the printers who moved their schedule to accommodate my deadline. A day prior to the big day UPS the courier company notified me that delivery wouldn’t be until the day AFTER my event. In a bit of a panic I contacted Jesal and he made enquiries and was told deliveries were backed up in the Christmas rush…. But he asked if there was any chance they could get my order to me in time and they did. Jesal couldn’t have done more to help and was consistently professional, courteous and swift in addressing my concerns. As I told him when my order arrived, he is a credit to Brand It. When service is consistently disappointing and indifferent, I thought his service was exemplary. So much so I felt compelled to leave this review. So thank you Jesal. You’re a bit of a star.
