I went in to print and was having issues with printing but when I asked the advisor he informed me that I should now as I’ve previously visited the store. Surely does one keep a record of printer names when the computer format settings changes all the time .I even asked about his day and to even tell me what I was printing was worth £0.20 to the job he was currently working on was £200 and that he was under pressure .In the industry I work we treat every customer with same level of respect, no matter the amount one spends and that’s what makes the customer come back.

Didn't get the product I was promised.(silk card instead of matt). After sales service terrible. Instead of phone call from manager I got an email from salesman which made no sense. £140 learning curve, if I'd wanted a business card that looks like a color photocopy I would have done them myself. This whole thing could have been handled in a much more professional manner.
