Absolutely love this company. The managers and office staff are professional, friendly, very supportive and actually do care. Staff are trained and also professional and good at what they do. Pay rate is good and shifts keep coming. Would 100% recommend. When it comes to safeguarding and safety of young people We Care provide them.

I have worked for We Care for several months. As this is the third agency I have worked for over the past 15 years, I get used of being told, what I want to hear. But everything We Care told me is True, plenty of local work and they like to send you back to same work environment if possible. They do have ASAP shifts, but it's never been a problem if I have no availability. Staff are very professional and approachable when I phone the office. I'm still amazed when I get messages to cover shifts, it's a very versatile company. Getting paid weekly is great and you also get holiday pay. Pam

Avoid this company at all costs, the office staff are rude and unprofessional. Overcharge and miss appointments with very little communication, unreliable and only interested in serving their own needs.
