Absolutely terrible organisation. If I had known I would never have taken services. I took my own website to this company and paid for services to do some amendments. For over 2 years they held my website and didn't make any changes. They make you sign a seperation agreement when you terminate with them. However they do not show you they have the website as evidence on passing the separation agreement. When i signed for this they sent a link that could not be downloaded. Eventually when I was able to download it.. all I had were pictures upon pictures and nothing to do with my website. I had to chase and chase them. I have lost so much business over these past few years as they didn't do as promised to make the required changes in 1 month. They left me hanging for 2 years. Now upon asking for my refund as they never provided services ... they tell me they won't be doing the refund. TRUST ME don't use this company. U will be lied to and there will be fake promises. I've called them and emailed then many times. Final call with Cheryl, who tells me I've been shouting etc.. like what do you expect I've been civilised for the past 2 years and you don't expect me to be frustrated Take your services elsewhere and you will save your sanity, money and time.

AND one staff from the company told me that the company systems were hacked and they had to pay a ransom? Like seriously how safe is this organisation? Absolutely cheated me!

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Dash on creating a new website for New Era Global Sports, a company specializing in sports management and representing elite athletes worldwide. We approached Dash with the goal of designing a modern, custom-built website that could reflect our brand, showcase our services, and meet the tight deadlines for upcoming events and launches.

From the very beginning, Sareena guided us through the initial stages with clarity and professionalism, ensuring we felt confident in the process. Kat and Sarah in operations kept everything on track and communicated with us regularly, while Jonny in design did an exceptional job bringing our vision to life, custom-designing every element of the website to align perfectly with our needs.

I spent £15,000 at this company and have nothing to show!

We trusted Dash Media with our website, expecting it to be safe and protected. They claimed it was hacked and said we needed a new one, despite it working fine before they got access. We paid extra for a new site they promised to finish quickly, but what should have taken one month took two years and is still subpar. We also paid for an app promised in three months, but they never developed it. They kept pushing deadlines with excuses about staff changes. After two years, they only gave us an Adobe image of the app and tried to charge £2700+ for it, offering only a 30% refund of the total I paid.

Dash Media is quick to demand payment but fails to deliver. They set short 12-hour payment deadlines but provide endless excuses and constant delays. The final product never matched their promises.

Their attempts to make amends were a joke. Offering a fraction of the money back while suggesting they need years to finish a three-month project is unacceptable. They should admit it and refund the client if they can't meet deadlines.

P.S. Dash Media often dismisses negative reviews by claiming the reviewers weren't their clients. I am indeed a client and ready to escalate this issue further. Trusting this company was a huge mistake!
