Designing a logo for my new business was becoming a right faff on for me however once my account manager Katie Price handed it off to Craig he was pretty rapid in returning three very good logos. Although not my original idea these logos had all the elements i required. There was one logo which stood out massively for me and after Craig tweaked it a couple of times it is absolutely bang on. Craig has done a grand job providing me with an exciting, fresh and vibrant logo which will adorn my vehicle, uniform and merchandise promoting.my venture in a proffesional manner. I'm so glad he never used my original idea. Well done Craig

Honestly, as it currently stands I am getting very frustrated with this company. I am being told changes and fixes are being completed and then they are not or not of an acceptable standard. It is obvious that basic site walks are not being completed before I am being told it is ready.

It doesn't appear to be malicious and my company link is friendly enough - even if there are too many cooks. But as it currently stands I would not recommend this company and will certainly be moving across to another provider at the end of the year.

(Edit 27/05/25) reduced rating even further. The service and the support with the errors they have made are incredibly poor. The addons sold at over 100% mark up, are not fit for purpose. They will ask for all payments before you are happy with the product....DO NOT DO THIS

Great service from this company and my account manager, Arran, when making a website for my small business (dog training business)
Took advantage of a generous offer they were doing for small businesses wanting a website. The process was easy, system used to make tweaks to my website (which were unlimited) was easy to follow, and all queries dealt with in a timely manner.
Most of all, I’m really pleased with my website and how it looks and functions. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second 1 star review as they asked me to take my first down after calling me and offering a "free upgrade".
Always asking for more money, not delivering what they agreed and just felt like a massive scam.
i paid more to "keep my domain". As soon as i stopped using them my website domain has gone so this was a complete lie to take more money from me.
When i started with this company i was told ill get a monthly update. in a whole year i got 3 phone calls, one asking for more money, another asking me to take down the first review and a 3rd to renew for another year.
I feel like ive just flushed nearly 2K down the drain.
