As a client, my experience with "Media Binding Relations" PR agency has been exceptionally disappointing. Their services, or rather the lack thereof, have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite numerous follow-ups (around 10 to 12), I have received no response from their end for the past two months.

Their lack of work ethics is palpable, and their non-responsive attitude towards clients is not just unprofessional, but also inconsiderate. The fact that they fail to provide even a single update in a span of two months showcases their disregard for their clients' time and expectations.

I find this behavior unacceptable and believe it to be a clear indication of their poor service quality. The time and energy I've invested in these futile follow-ups have been nothing but a waste.

Therefore, I demand not only a full refund of 4500₹ that I initially paid for their services but also compensation for the valuable time I've lost in the last two months.

I strongly advise against using the services of "Media Binding Relations" PR agency. Their lack of commitment and poor communication are a testament to their unprofessionalism and should be a red flag for prospective clients.
