and was really impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They offer a fantastic range of services, including embroidery and printing on t-shirts, which is perfect for personalizing items. Highly recommend for quality, service, and a warm local touch!

I emailed on the off chance I could get 2 shirts printed as at very last minute my company is in the Reading Pride Parade. He got me 2 shirts printed and I collected them.
Honestly so happy with them! I'm in the parade tomorrow.

These guys are legends!! Myself and 3 mates were being proper last minute for a Halloween Party and they printed our custom shirts within an hour for us so we could attend the party looking the part. The shirts fit true to size and looked just like the ones from the movie (we went for shirts from the Inbetweeners), I cannot recommend them highly enough!

What amazing service!!
I called today asking was there any chance I could have a jumper made for my son as he'd asked for one for Christmas, I needed it that same day as we were going away the next morning.
I knew it was a long shot and thought it probably would be possible but within two hours the emblem was designed and jumper provided!!
I am so grateful, we will now have one very happy boy at Christmas and a mum who has a lot less guilt!
I highly recommend this fantastic company so kind and very helpful.

You are not my friend then why you are addressing a customer as 'hey'. You have to learn manners to treat customers. Yes I was given credit note and when I asked about it expiry date, I was told by your staff that there is no expiry for that online code. If I was told accurate info I would have used the credit on time, I would n't have wasted my money....nobody want. More over I did not argue for my money back ...I just gave my feedback what I experienced. so do you expect customers should not have right to give feedback ? It does not matter small/big business...you have to provide good customer service.

dis-honest shop...I was given refund e-credit note and I was told by one of the staff that it does not has an expiry date... But when I tried to use after an year, they said the e note is expired as it is valid only or 12 months...I went to the shop directly and asked them that how I was given wrong info...they don't have any explanation. Seems carelessness...staff were not properly trained on giving accurate info to customers.

The uniform takes forever to come through I'm going by at least a month after ordering this has happened on 2 occasions I then ordered a pe top never got email or call after 2 months I phoned to be told it was there and been there ages went to collect see the man beside till went up to him and was told rudely that he was already dealing with some men over the far shop I apologised but stood there feeling bit embarrassed by the way he said it I was standing there for ages then the blokes said I need to order another big order never once did the bloke ask me why I was there it was a simple collect item but I was made to wait for ages Evan tho he just done one big order ill defo be going Stephenson from now on
