I ordered a necklace for our colleague’s 60th birthday, thinking it was next-day delivery — completely my mistake, as it actually takes 1–2 weeks to be ready. I ordered on the Tuesday and needed it by the Friday, so I reached out, and Harriet was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond, making a special request to have it made in time (with no guarantees). Amazingly, I got an email on the Friday to say it was ready to collect!

I bought 2 pairs of Whitby Jet earrings because I wanted some earrings that had a black stone. Feels good supporting a product that’s from the U.K. and made in the U.K.! Very good quality and I will be buying more for sure. Excellent comms from this company when they realised that the carrier didn’t collect from them when expected, they informed me so I knew what was going on. Super experience!!

I am an international buyer. WARNING - do not purchase from this company. I ordered and paid for on their website for chronovision watchwinder for £3200. 3 weeks after confirmation, I got a random email lifting the price to £4000 if I wanted it. The excuse was that the supplier did not advise them of the price rise (3 weeks later). I decided to cancel it because of lack of trust. It took them 15 days after the cancellation (and for me to chase up several times) to refund my money. Today, they are still advertising the same product at the same price that they said I could not buy it for - why (ipointed this out 2 weeks ago - still not chnaged). This company should be done for double ticketing and switch and bait advertising. It is the worst experience I've ever had with an international company, and I would suggest everyone avoid purchasing from this business as it is not one to be trusted

I ordered a watch online that was available direct from manufacturer within a 2 day delivery window. I ordered via these as was via top cashback app. After a week I started to question delivery timescales and decided to cancel order for full refund. 2 weeks have since passed and still not received the refund. The item didn't arrive or even get sent so it really doesn't require an excessive turn around timescale.

The customer service on the phone was fantastic and very polite. However the service and how much I paid (£1000) for the item, I would have expected far better service, and since the refund is stated to take up to 10 working days, this is 2 full weeks since cancelling and I do feel rather inexcusable for such a simple payment/refund in this day and age. Improve processes guys as ordering items and refunding shouldn't be taking the timescales you're doing.

We bought an engagement ring from the Roberto Coin collection as my favourite stone is lapiz lazuli. This had to be ordered but came almost 4 weeks earlier than expected. Jack was amazing and sorted everything for us and made the process very simple. The customer service was outstanding, and the ring was delivered to our home at no extra charge. Absolutely fantastic service and outstandingly beautiful product, so glad we came to you. Thank you for making it special we will be back for the wedding band 😊

Very disappointed with my experience. Purchased an expensive necklace as a gift from W. Hamond in Whitby in November. The necklace broke very quickly and I was asked to return it to Sellers in Ashbourne, who evidently own W. Hamond. I returned the necklace at my own expense, using a Royal Mail recorded delivery service and enclosed a covering letter and a copy of the warranty. Having followed these instructions, there was no communication from Sellers whatsoever. They didn't confirm receipt, or advise that they would be making the repair. My letter specifically asked if the links in the necklace could all be checked, as I was concerned it had fallen apart so quickly. The necklace has now been returned to me with no explanation whatsoever - not even a blank compliments slip! A woeful lack of communication and the whole experience hasn't filled me with confidence about the quality of the jewellery products.

Updated review….please read on!!!!?!?Wanted to thank Tara and the team for a thoroughly personal and professional service from initial contact on the phone securing an amazing price on my watch to driving over an hour from Leicester to Ashbourne to collect my watch as described! Price was better than any other shop and the first class service from Tara was second to none! Highly recommended for your new watch purchase give them a call! The shop is lovely to visit in the centre of Ashbourne!……….UPDATED review 7/4/24 used to deal with Tara she has left so spoke to Seth on phone had to chase him over 10 times to find out the answers to purchasing from them after 2 days of chasing and not a single call back once I gave up and took my business to Chisholm Hunter in Nottingham who offered my amazing service and purchased from them! Couldn’t believe the difference in service well done Chisholm Hunter. It was almost as if Seth couldn’t be bothered to make a sale it was all to much of an effort! Very poor service!!!
