Fantastic company to work for, the mangers genuinely care and work closely with you to help achieve with your weekly OTE, full training provided, great atmosphere, room for progression if you show willingness, if you come in with the right attitude, you will be looked after. Overall the first 5 months working for watts have been great and I’ve never felt it feeling like a chore coming into work.

I have been working at Watts Marketing for just over 6 months now. I can not stress enough how much this job has changed my life. I have built my way up to earn a massive amount of money in such a short space of time. The atmosphere is great and the management want you to succeed and makes you feel part of a team! Fantastic place to work. Training program is very welcoming and supportive. Has helped me progress with constant support from the Management team also.
A lot of friendly workers making me feel very at home a lot quicker than any other job from past experience.
Would highly recommend anyone thinking of giving it a try to 100% go for it. Went from a being a carpenter with no past sales experience to a confident canvassers in a matter of weeks.

Train you up for 4 weeks and then don’t give you hours.
I got pulled out and told that i wasn’t allowed to eat.
They make you feel so rubbish if you don’t hit the leads they want you to hit.
Not a good company to work for at all.
Messed up my payslip after emailing and calling 3/4 times, still no answer…
If you want to be left jobless after 4 weeks go ahead.
Don’t go anywhere near this company.

I've worked at Watts Marketing for about 3 months now (started with zero sales experience) and I can honestly say it was one of best decisions I've made to date.
I'm now in charge of my own earnings and have gone from a job where I was working over 60hrs a week as a kitchen assistant with hardly any time off and very little money, to working half those hours for double the pay.
If your a motivated and driven person this is definitely the job for you! You can literally give yourself a pay rise every week if you want it enough.
The team are amazing, very supportive, friendly and fun bunch of people to work with. I definitely wouldn't be where I am without all the help I've been given in my short time here to prosper in this new path I've opted to take.
And who doesn't love the idea of a 3 day weekend?
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The experience will benefit me for the future, I got a lot of skills boosted. A big THANK YOU for training to JADE and Chris. I do believe its honest to the point training. you helped me get through it even with my mistakes. Unfortunately due to circumstances I am unable to continue with the job. But I would have easily continued working as it is quite possible to make it work.

I worked at watts for nearly a year and had the best experience I have ever had. Going into this job with no experience of sales was very different for me and such an exciting challange to achieve. Not only did I learn about myself in this job I also worked with the most amazing team who want to motivate you and be apart of your success!!
