I organise a national conference for university web managers. It's been running for 23 years. But it was only last year, when Gemma became a member of the event advisory group, did we take a fresh look at the event visual impact. When I was setting up my business I knew a set of professional headshots would be essential for my website, to set the right tone for my business. Gemma was ready and waiting for me when I arrived on the day of our shoot. She was endlessly patient and full of energy and enthusiasm, really putting me at ease and helping to choose good shots that would work with my website and subject matter but also with the light and location. Her knowledge and expertise were clear to see; she considered so much more than I ever would have. Gemma got my shots to me within a couple of days and was happy to wait for me to choose my favourites, even suggesting shots that I wouldn't have otherwise considered, based on how the light caught my eyes. I was lucky to benefit from her expert eye and the final choices were perfect; thank you Gemma!
