Local landmark completed in 1928 as a purpose built cigarette factory commissioned and owned by tobacco tycoon, Bernhard Baron.
The Art Deco façade spanning 150 meters features a pattern book of quasi-Egyptian embellishments, including the prominently recurring “black cat” motif also featured in the Company’s branding.
The two massive sentinel and black cats absorbed in a Pharaonic trance at the entrance be more recent replacements.

Fantastic office and tremendous space for twenty first century companies and agencies. Lucky enough to have visited here as Wunderman are on of our suppliers. Fantastic from the office and plus inside. Old converted cigarette factory and now has an Egyptian feel externally. Recommend Ben just to see the building.
