Not really impressed. The switchboard staff are polite, pleasant and professional, but they also never have any availability so you can't redeem the voucher. When I complained about this, to their credit they did extend the voucher's expiration date but the reply was a tad passive aggressive and started quoting dates I had called them to try to redeem. Of course I did. I need to keep calling back in order to get this redeemed because they keep having no availability! The explanations for never having availability were flimsy too. I'm not convinced that this is a legitimate business. It does feel like a con.

I am still awaiting for my voucher and it's been over 7 months When I ask the agent why there is a delay L&G specify 6 months policy in force triggers the gift.
I am not given any answers? Gift could have been stolen? Very poor service

An incredible waste of time having to deal with your company for the HSBC insurance voucher. I have fulfilled the conditions for the voucher, and the time required has elapsed and I still haven't recieved anything.
Support from supposedly a real agent has been completely useless with just copy and pasting the exact same generic message and not actually helping my with my query in the slightest.
Incredibly frustrating dealing with you.

MLP are handling the ATS Euromaster Lego promotion. I bought 4 x Michelin tyres for nearly £500, and im promised a small Lego car. I jump through the hoops, fill in the forms, give them invoice number, upload invoice. Two months later I chase this up as ive not had my lego car that ive promised my son. They reply saying ive been unsuccessful as ive not uploaded the full invoice. And if thats the case, why didnt they get in touch?, why did they wait until I chased them up to tell me this?. This feels like a scam!. What is this invoice anyway?. You buy something online, you pay for it, you get emailed a confirmation with your purchase details. What is this 'invoice'. Anyway. I reapplied, i uploaded screen shots, I uploaded a PDF, everything. They have the invoice number. They can see I bought the tyres and had them fitted, all they need do is ask ATS. But they dont, and why is that?. Feels like a ploy, promising you something and looking for any reason to deny you it. Shocking behaviour. My son would like his lego car please. Have you no shame?

If I could give this zero stars I would
Ive come across them twice - first they were operating a promotion for Kia - it took several attempts to get the hotel night away I was entitled too following my purchase of a service package. More recently HSBC used MLP for a promotion in which HSBC emailed me wishing me a happy birthday and inviting me to claim a reward. Apparently the promotion had ended before my birthday, but as I had taken the trouble to contact them they would send a reward and was told I would receive a starbucks gift card...months later, and despite chasing it up, I still have received nothing. If you are a company thinking about using this company to offer a promotion my advice would be DONT USE MLP!

They drag their feet, as other reviewers have said, and make things as hard as possible for people to get what they're entitled to. They make the process long and arduous. I'm surprised that companies let their brands be affected by association with this outfit.

I had to call three times due to self-inflicted problems claiming my Halifax Insurance voucher. The ladies I spoke to dealt the problem in a most professional, patient and friendly manner. Brilliant. Thanks.

Received promotional gift Afternoon Tea for two, which was booked via MLP at Bella Italia in Manchester, as a unique choice as you get pieces of hot pizza slices instead of finger size sandwiches. Unfortunately the pizza reached our table though freshly made were cold. The Code given to us was rejected at till point and we had to pay with embarrassment.
However, when I raised the issue with MLP, the officer immediately raised a dissatisfaction complaint, which was dealt with proficiently and I was re-imbursed with the Cost of Tea for two with cheque and also sent another complimentary Booking Tea for two within 7 days..
