Should have learnt my lesson.

First time ordering a package was totally fine, happy with the quality of items, good price. and only a slight delay on the expected delivery date. There was an issue with one of the embroidered items but after a few emails this was resolved.

Second time I ordered a winter bundle. Was delayed well over a month and after each email or phone call I was told it would be here soon or its in the final processing stages. No reason was given at all.

Decided to try again, this time was even worse. The design team were great and got me exactly what I wanted. Waited a month and then received an email a few days before expected saying there was a delay. Again after phone calls and follow up emails I was told it was coming soon. Nearly a month passed and the items finally arrived.

Good clothing but customer service and delivery let them down massively.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER!

I hate leaving bad reviews as I do like to give people a chance but they have given me no choice on this occasion. I am very sympathetic towards the fact the owner is having some health difficulties and my heart truly does feel for her however all contact has now stopped with other employees of the business, telephone lines have been switched off for days and my order costing nearly £500, which should have been delivered two weeks ago, is no where to be seen with no idea of when I will receive it.

I shall be calling my credit card company this afternoon to see if there is a way to get my money back. I really don't think this company is out to scam people. I just can't afford to wait any longer with the false promises I have received on a few occasions now.

I hope they see this review and contact me over the phone as soon as possible as I would like to sort this out.

There was a genuine reason for the exceptionally long wait for my order which is totally understandable once I was informed.
The quality of the clothing as with previous orders was good and can’t be faulted.

Fantastic service with high quality products, reliable and friendly customer service, there was a query with the colours of my artwork so I had a super friendly phone call and it was sorted as easy as that. I shopped around for a while but had the feeling this was a friendly and efficient company and I was not disappointed my order arrived early and it’s all great quality with super embroidery. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely horrendous company.
Having used them in the past and having no issues, this time was the complete opposite, no communication at all unlike previous times we’ve ordered.
Had to wait nearly 2.5 months for our order for it to come poor quality and not what we ordered, the uniform is of no use for us.
Prior to this our order never came when it originally stated and we had to get in touch with them for an update to be told it would be another week until it was shipped out.
The staff are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard and aren’t willing to rectify our WRONG order, after spending hundreds of pounds with them.
They can only offer us a discount on our next order, which we’ll never be doing.
Will certainly never use this company again, one bit of advice for other buyers - go elsewhere.
