I initially chose to work with Mechele on the launch of my small business as I was keen to work with a local female designer and having found her work on Instagram, I felt her work aligned with my vision. From our first conversation, I knew I'd made the right choice and could tell she immediately had an understanding of my brand and what I wanted to achieve.

As a new small business owner, I had a lot of ideas and enthusiasm, which Mechele helped craft into a streamlined and considered brand strategy, in turn challenging me at times to really look at what I wanted to achieve with the brand. Particularly, the brand questionnaire was an incredibly helpful step for me and I felt I had a stronger oversight of my brand having completed it.

Into the design stage, Mechele crafted a beautiful, thoughtful brand with so much care, attention and individuality. I refer to her creative deck daily as I prepare to launch and her advice has been invaluable. She actively listened, asked questions based on what I said (not just what she wanted to ask), then actively listened again to my responses. And it was this care, this empathy and emotional intelligence and understanding of not just what I wanted my brand to say and represent but also who I was and who I wanted it to talk to, that meant that the result was, quite simply, amazing. It was nothing like I initially imagined, and nothing like I would have managed to create, yet it perfectly aligned with my vision and values for my company.

I therefore cannot recommend Mechele highly enough. She is far more than a logo creator; she is simply brilliant at encapsulating the ideas, the values, the sector and segment of a company and its target audience in a complete brand identity.

I can't recommend Mechele highly enough, she managed to understand my rambling dreams and thoughts and helped me turn my business idea into a reality. The branding process was made very simple and stress free, with the branding questionnaire asking all of the right questions to help shape my brand. From a practical perspective the brand pack I received at the end meant I could get everything set up quickly, all of the colour palettes and types of images you need when ordering branded prints and merchandise were readily available. I have confidence that I can present a consistent brand image to clients and have a recognisable brand that I absolutely love.

Mechele also designed and created my website which I also love. The process was again enjoyable and smooth, and having a lesson and instructions on how to maintain the website going forwards has been brilliant and has left me with the flexibility to make changes myself.
