He took time to understand my business and what I wanted to achieve. That was clearly evident when I saw the first draft of the site. I actually got quite emotional as Max had presented and described "TrAles of the Unexpected" in a way that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the project Max delivered milestones on time and was more than happy to make edits and alterations.
