I had a fantastic experience with Artisan People Cardiff! This was my first job in the UK, and since November 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to work across various brands in Cardiff, including Boots and John Lewis. Honestly, one of the most unprofessional and awkward experiences ever. I was told to come in for an interview at 11am. When I got there, the receptionist was super rude and had way too much attitude. Then came the group interview—if you can even call it that.

The woman running it didn’t ask a single question. She just showed a silent slideshow and said absolutely nothing. It was so awkward—like painfully awkward. I honestly don’t even think she knew what she was doing. It was a complete waste of my time and travel.

They never got back to me after the interview. Then, three weeks later, I randomly got the same email again saying my CV looked good and to call them. I called—but no one answered. Still haven’t heard anything. 💀✌🏻

Amazing agency, before this role I was working night shifts at Sainsbury’s and once I got into the artisan people agency everything changed I started becoming happy again. I met so many fantastic people who are with the agency some of them my best friends. The work is flexible so it accommodates my schedule and timing.
