Very professional and friendly service. We have used Ikonic print several times to create personalised clothing and flags for our yacht. Great results and they were happy to do small production runs and advise us on the design of our graphics. Greatly recommended!

Tried to make a big order on behalf of my college and had all the details and customisations of each hoodie sorted. Then it came to paying the deposit and they went radio silent for a week. Had to email to ask if they were still interested in fulfilling my order they said yes and that they would phone me the following day to discuss. They never did phone me and I was left with no contact from them for another week. First emailed them on the 19th of March and now it’s the 10th of april. After about of month of slow responses and being ignored I had to go with another company as this one didn’t seem reliable. Now on a tight time scale to try and get my order sorted as they have wasted so much of our time.

We use Ikonic Print for all of our embroidery on a vast arrangement of items. We use a very intricate logo for our equine business and Ikonic produce this logo and all written embroidery to an outstanding quality. Fast and reliable service at excellent value for money. Ikonic Print saved the day!

I could not speak more highly of Ikonic Print. After being let down by another supplier, I tasked Ikonic with having some embroidered items ready to go in the space of one business day and they delivered! I was so stressed about the whole situation as I desperately needed the items for a company photo shoot and Ikonic were just so laid back and got the job done.

The items were of a very high quality and so professional looking and I will be back for more.

Many thanks again to Robyn and all at Ikonic for saving me from a lot of stress - I am forever grateful!

Delighted with overall experience with the team at Ikonic. Hard to find businesses that believe customer service actually generates happy customers. Would never go back to ordering online. Attention to detail was second to none and Robyn kept me up to date the full time.
