I can’t recommend the Women Can Grow
course highly enough.
It’s honestly one of the most valuable and empowering experiences I’ve ever had. The course was packed with essential, practical information delivered at the perfect pace, in a safe, supportive space where I felt encouraged every step of the way.

The peer support from other women on the course was incredible - we became cheerleaders for each other, shared ideas, and built lasting connections - Liz and the Inspirent team who ran it are phenomenal! Liz, Lorraine, Elaine and Donna are so knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and genuinely invested in our success. The guest speakers shared a wealth of knowledge with us and the fantastic Bridget McCann even taught us how to be the most confident version of ourselves.

I just couldn’t have started my business without this course. It gave me the tools, the confidence, and the community I didnt know I needed. We learned everything from marketing to finance and even had the opportunity to pitch our businesses.
I was gobsmacked to be one of the lucky winners of the pitching competition, the £500 will go towards my business The Warrior Yoga Project.
This course is genuinely life-changing!
