Very rude staff. They would rather send our generic emails to everyone than actually look for jobs for you. When I asked them to stop sending these emails and tailor jobs to match my experience, I get told that some people are desperate enough to work to apply for anything, implying that I am not looking for work. Asked them to remove me from their books, I want an agency that I can trust and is willing to help me.

Had a easy and stress free with this agency everyone was really friendly and could not help enough to help me get full time work. Wage slip was always on time and wages were in my bank on agreed days. I would definitely use this agency again. Big thank you to everyone who works there.

I have worked for Hexagon for the past 5 months and would definitely recommend them. Kelly was particularly helpful in finding my most recent placement, for which I am very grateful. I have always been paid on time and even a small, initial issue with pay rate was sorted very quickly. Holiday requests were also granted without any problems and I won't hesitate to use them again if I need to in the future.

My wife and Daughter worked for Hexagon. From listening and talking to the ladies at the Deeside office, always helpful and pleasant. paid on time. Holiday paid . no issues. called to make sure both my wife and daughter were OK, and also OK for the following week, always had work available and overtime if required. Daughter back in Leeds and wife successfully employed due to Hexagon. Would recommend.

Never in my life have I heard such rudeness over the phone from a so called professional company . Absolutely dreadful behaviour from 2 staff now . Not helpful at all and just want to get you off the phone quickly. Also 2 members of staff moaning how I’m ringing too early for work asking questions ? Maybe you want to change your opening hours to 12 o’clock onwards as you only seem to wake up then 👍

Phoned this agency was told they had full time work in buckly foods and I just needed to register.

Sorted the registration forms out phoned back and came through to a different person and was told no there isn't full time work in buckly foods it was a 1 off shift.

Continue working for my other agencies and I get an email for a full time job 4 days per week immediate start after induction so I get up off a Nightshift go in for my induction thinking I'll be starting my new job Monday sound...

In the induction, the guy informs me that you go on a list and get a call when they need someone, the first time your not available is the last time you get the call..

How are agencies allowed to just lie to get you in And then If you say anything about the matter you're in the wrong?

I actually received an apology off the client as I showed him the email the agency sent me and he confirmed that I should not of been told the info that I had been as it was incorrect

I also received an apology from the agency, an apology that I'd gotten the wrong end of the stick even though I've got written Proof of her misleading me.

Absolute joke of a company,
Been complety missled
Then made to feel like it was my fault.

Have worked for this place on and off for years, they have found me many great and varied jobs, as with any company there have been problems with payroll but they have always been sorted promptly, ok sometimes I have had to wait a short while for jobs but they have always come through. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise, staff have always been really friendly and helpful and have managed to match me to really appropriate jobs that have usually led to permanent work.

VERY MESSED AROUND BY THIS COMPANY!!! I would avoid at all costs! I applied for a job at Buckley Foods and received a call shortly after, I was offered the job on the Friday and told if I was to buy steel toe-cap shoes I would be starting on Monday. I rang back Friday and said I had purchased the shoes and was told I would receive a call back on Monday with my time I would be starting. Monday afternoon arrives and still no call, I rang then to be told they didn't need me and I would be starting the next day. The next fews days, I rang every other day to then be told I have the job but I am yet to have a start date. Days turn into weeks and luckily by then I have secured another job but I am still being told the same lies by the ladies on the phone at Hexagon "You have the job but we are waiting on a start date." As well as this they are constantly texting me asking to work at other companies.. Even though I had already been told I had the job at Buckley Foods?! Finally I answer the phone one day and ask them what happened and I am then told Buckley Foods are not hiring and stopped hiring due to the Coronavirus. So I had been lied to for weeks. I have now blocked their number and safe to say I would never work for this company as they have proven themselves as liars.
