I am a competitive powerlifter and over the years, I have used SBD extensively for everything from singlets and their amazing belt to pretty much all of their leisure wear. All products are outstanding quality and the few times I have reached out to the company (last minute order changes, combing orders, etc) they have always responded near instantly and resolved my query completely. One of the items I ordered for my birthday was unfortunately too big, and by the time I returned it for an exchange, my size had sold out due to the weekend shipping delay. I was really sad !!!! as it was a birthday gift I had been so excited about, and there was no restock planned since it was a limited edition.

But Gigi went above and beyond — she remembered how important this item was to me and contacted me the moment she received a return in the size I needed. Most wouldn’t have bothered, but she did. She truly cared, and because of her, I was able to exchange it for the right size.

Ordered a hoody and it arrived in just over a day. Really pleased with the quality (heavy duty) and fit, the hood isn't too large or small for me and i have a very large head. Had a very minor issue that was quickly resolved by Tim, a customer service rep. Highly recommend.
