I don't exaggerate when I say these sessions with Victoria have been life changing. I learned how to identify my strengths and how to use those strengths to elevate areas of fear that had been in control of my life. She helped me understand that word-choice is powerful, especially when I'm talking to/about myself. Victoria helped me with a fair-amount of breakthroughs in our sessions, and I felt supported in identifying my needs, and taking steps to fill those needs, which was so powerful for me. I had the most amazing coaching experience by a subject matter and expert by experienced coach. Chris Stribble.
I was very nervous the first session, I did not know how this would go. I knew if we did not connect the rest if the sessions would be torture for me.
Instead a met in Chris the warmest, intellugent, funniest, caring, sensitive and highly emotionally talented coach.
I have Learned how to be the best version of me by using tips and strategies alongside the best ways to use my equipment.
He showed me how to adapt my use of Dragon and Read n Write Gold to improve in some areas and excel in others. Still on the journey.
As my confidence grew we focused on my emotional wellbeing giving me the ability to tap into resources such as breathing exercises. My confidence level was very low at the time. Lack of resources hampered many of our sessions. However Chris always found a way to support me to resolve this issue and focus on my goals.
In noticing my preference for visual and experiential learning Chris sent lots of links to videos, nuggets that I know I can use long after our sessions end.
I was sad when my coaching ended but I did not feel lost as he gave me the tools tips and strategies to contine on my neurodivergent discovery journey.

Recently completed 20 sessions of ADHD coaching with the wonderful Gary Lintern. His knowledge of useful tools, and practical strategies have been invaluable. My confidence has not only increased, by my own wellbeing has also skyrocketed at work. I now feel more on par with my peers and less pressure working in a fast paced environment. Thanks to working with Gary from iDiversity, I also managed to secure a university place on an extremely competitive doctoral level course. Something I tried to apply and interview for over a number of years. I have full confidence going into my new career journey that I will be able to confidently meet the demands of the course. I really enjoyed my sessions with Chris. I was lucky to receive therapy for my anxiety before starting my sessions so there wasn't too much we needed to still work on. Chris made me feel very comfortable and he is extremely friendly and approachable. It is worth looking into if you are struggling at all with mental healths and I have recommend to other colleagues.
