This is the first time we have had any structural work done on our property. A single storey extension. We were recommended to Tony and Creative Design by a friend and were definitely not disappointed. Tony was very helpful and guided us through the process with no pressure on us at all. He changed plans a number of times and made lots of suggestions to us. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and very thorough. He is still at the end of the phone for any questions or guidance. I would definitely recommend him and his company for their excellent service and knowledgeable.

I needed to remodel the back of my house; it had been extended more than once by the previous owner, but I’d realised from the first viewing that the space wasn’t being used effectively. Tony was great to work with. He brought lots of ideas and enthusiasm, as well as patience as I asked silly questions and kept changing my mind. With his practical experience I was confident that I was going to end up with a solution that worked. Now the project is complete, and not only do I have a have everything I wanted, but the house feels as if it was always meant to be this way. I have no hesitation in recommending Creative Design.

The works provided by Creative Design was good quality to the renovation/upgrade of my house I required. excellent level of detail in the drawings, additional quotation suppliers provided for Structural and site inspection. Initial site survey was well conducted. Good level of communication. They assisted wherever possible to fit around my hectic schedule. Great service , would definitely recommend to others

Tony was originally hired to do the plans for our extension over a year and half ago and has been so helpful in assisting with issues that have come up with planning/building control.
