My Mother has a meal delivered every day for her lunch. She chooses something different from the menu and has never been disappointed.

Regularly deliver 2 meals at once to my uncle who has dementia even though they state on the website they deliver a fresh meal every day. No thought that he won’t remember the next day he already has a meal which needs to be reheated. The meal gets put in a cupboard by my uncle and not in the fridge so is no good by the time he remembers it is there. He then spends the afternoon waiting at the door for the meal to arrive not remembering it was delivered the day before. Food then often ends up going in the bin.

No way of contacting them unless you can phone by 10:30 in the morning. No email address.
