Richard is fantastic! I have been looking at marketing agencies for a while. During my search I was recommended Richard by a close friend. From the get go the whole experience was different. Richard came to me for a meeting. I already had some knowledge of what’s possible during my research but Richard was able to tell me a lot more which was shocking. There’s a lot to marketing and he breaks it down in simple terms. I was able to negotiate terms and pricing within my budget for two companies. The rest of the team at fast generation are amazing! Luke (google ads) , Elena (seo) and Saihaan (social media) have done a brilliant job. They are available whenever I need them which is brilliant because I can be very picky and demanding. The whole team takes it well and we have been running marketing for 7 months and the results have been outstanding. I have recommended friends, family and business associates to set up a meeting with Richard to see what he can offer. I’ve read the rest of the reviews and would like to offer my own advice. What I’ve learn from marketing; me as a client I need to keep an eye on my competitors. I take that feedback to Richard and his team then they advise me the best course of action. Yes mistakes are made (which are rectified immediately) but it’s a 2 way relationship. As a client I know my service the best so I need to stay on top on it and give feedback when I’m not seeing constant results. The team then goes and finds a solution like any other aspect to any business. Its not magic where you leave it solely for Richard and his team to assume what I require. But their knowledge will definitely help you make the right choice. The regular meetings are great and if the right questions are asked you will definitely see results. We had been managing our Ads in-house but the performance wasn't as good as we expected. We asked Fast Generations for help. Fast Generations rebuilt all of our ads and for a few months there wasn't much change in the results, but I was assured that Google was re-learning our ads. It appears that Fast Generations were correct. The leads we now get from the ads are of a far higher quality and more likely to convert at higher AOV. The lower quality leads, that we were paying for through clicks, have been all but eliminated. I find Rich and Luke extremely responsive and knowledgeable if I have any queries, and so far, am really pleased with the work they've done on our account. Choosing a Digital Marketing agency to appoint is a difficult job, and none of them get it right all of the time, but I would def recommend speaking to Fast Generations and taking them through your brief.
