It can be frustrating to receive feedback after a job interview that seems subjective and unclear. While I was told that I had strong knowledge for the position, the company cited concerns about fitting with their culture as a reason for not offering me the position. While I understand that cultural fit can be an important consideration for employers, I was disappointed that I did not receive more specific feedback about how my skills and experience could be better aligned with the company's values and work environment.
