Luscombe Maye have sold two houses for us. Neither sold quickly but they persevered, kept us updated, tried some new ideas and got us a good result both times. Their team worked hard, produced great marketing materials, were always available on the phone and really earned their commission! I trust and value their advice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’re selling in Plympton or the South Hams.

Our particular transaction was quite tricky at times but Luscombe Maye helped to get the deal over the line by chasing solicitors and maintaining excellent communication between ourselves and the Vendor. I can't recommend Luscombe may highly enough Ali and her team were excellent in every stage of the sale of my cottage nothing was to much trouble they were professional and knowledgeable in all aspects for selling my property and got a great result where other estate agents failed excellent estate agent will definitely use again and I highly recommend them. Many thanks to Luscombe Maye for their excellent work in helping us achieve a successful sale of a much loved family home.

The all female team did a great job in promoting a challenging, niche property. They all had excellent property knowledge and were totally familiar with the locale. They were undaunted by our decision in changing tack and opting for an online auction and dealt effectively with all difficult queries they encountered. They gave good advice and honoured their fee.

Everyone in the team was aware of all the details and worked in unison. They were prompt, professional and gave a personal service despite having many properties on their books.

We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Luscombe Maye even through such a stressful process as house selling! From the first visit to review the potential for a sale through to post completion Joanna's advice was spot on, professional, timely and supportive. Her knowledge of buying/selling is expansive and she managed complex issues that arose equally well with good research and diligence.
Not the cheapest agent, but excellent value and I recommend them fully if you want a positive and effective service.
