Metal Potato have been running my website for over 6 years now, they have supported me with 24/7 help on last minute tweaks and changes and teaching me about website building along the way - I am now confident to make changes and web edits for daily business changes myself! I have recently rebranded and had my website re-built literally overnight. The support has been incredible, and it has made me feel confident in what I am selling, that anything is possible, and no task is too difficult! Good developers are hard to find. As a brand and web designer who works primarily with Squarespace, I felt extremely lucky to have been introduced to Metal Potato by a mutual client. I've worked with a half dozen WordPress developers and none of them have translated my designs as beautifully and meticulously as Conor and his team. Their communication is clear, their suggestions are on point, and they're just an all round friendly group of people to work with. I was referred to Conor at Metal Potato by a friend when setting up my Agency and they did an amazing job of building our website. I was a total novice in the website department and was walked through it step by step, 4 years later we are still so happy with the result! Can’t praise Metal Potato enough! Especially Andrew, who often goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They’ve saved my skin on multiple occasions. When my website was on WooCommerce we had an influx of traffic and the whole website went down, this happened a couple of times and the previous developers were useless. I came across Metal Potato and they managed to undo the complete mess that the previous developers had created, and got me back up and running in no time. They made so many improvements to the performance on my site, as well as hosting. They are very professional and reliable, but also super friendly! High recommend anyone with a WooCom site to use them!

My website is now on Shopify (just down to preference) but I contacted Andrew recently when I came across an issue and he didn’t hesitate to help! Plus these guys are so affordable, which is bonus.

Conor at Metal Potato led the David Nott Foundation's rebrand in July 2024. Despite many extensions, tweaks, and some road blocks, Conor completed all changes without complaints and the finished product is absolutely fantastic. Ten years after I was introduced to the team at Metal Potato, they are still doing some of the best web design work I've ever seen. Together, we have built several dozen websites over that decade long business relationship, and every single one has required some level of personal, customer service that I'm not sure anybody but the team at Metal Potato would have provided.

They take the time to listen to clients, understand project needs and then form a plan based on those exact needs. I've never seen them try to sell someone on a product they don't need; and I've regularly seen them go above and beyond to create beautiful final products.
