I required Equity Release under difficult circumstances. Stuart was very professional & thorough. All my options were discussed & I was given plenty of time to make decisions following full explanations. Once I made my decision, the whole process was very straightforward & quick. I spoke with Stuart just to get some advice on the best way of releasing some equity from my house to help my children buy a place. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and suggested 4 possible solutions but recommended I contact my existing mortgage lender first which would be the cheapest and quickest option. I followed this advice and managed to secure the funds in this way, saving a considerable sum. I really appreciated Stuart's advice identifying the best route for me, even though he wouldn't gain anything personally, apart from my gratitude and this review! I would recommend him for his honest impartial advice and would definitely use him in the future should the need arise.
