1 star for friendly service, minus 4 for lack of thorough review. Unfortunately, being friendly isn't enough. Due to the lack of knowledge from the clerk working the passport center, my passport did not arrive on time despite giving months of lead time and paying for all expedited services. My passport renewal was held up and more paperwork was needed because the clerk was not thorough enough to understand my situation. If you are reading this, and you are going for a new or renewed passport, check page 24 of your existing (older) passport for any special notes that may affect your processing time. Because this was overlooked by the clerk, my passport did not arrive in time and I missed my trip.

Really bad service, today I called to verify an information to verify some information that they have on the web and they was not able to verify that simple information over the phone. It's like they just wanted to get away from me without trying to provide the information, I just wanted to know the taxes for the court and the taxes for the State Department.

This was a horrible experience. The two ladies attending the public, Beth and someone else-don't remember her name were very rude from almost the beginning of contact. I called before going there to make sure I had all I needed to renew my passport and they forgot to give me a piece of info. which I made the comment about it (I was frustated, but I watched my tone before making the comment) and they just got rude instantly, from there forward everything went to hell. Not helping individuals, either one of them. Horrendous customer services.

Going in front of Judge Paluck to contest a ticket was an experience to quickly forget... She lacks empathy kindness and understanding.
Steer clear from getting a ticket in CAPE CORAL! I know now what it feels like to be a chicken in a slaughter house. Drive safe, be vigilant and follow road rules.
