Ordered V400 and V500, order accepted, then notified V500 out of stock. Asked to have the V400 sent on, received wrong quantity of V400 (3x order quantity) of female only parts, had to contact to reship the male parts to make up the set. Late for customer order. Not great.

Following a bad experience with another displays company, I was wary when our front window needed a revamp and I had to search for another provider, but I neednt have worried with these guys.

They couldnt have been more helpful with all my enquiries, and their communication is fantastic.

The product itself was way superior to other companies that we had previously used, and I now wouldnt go anywhere else

In business it sometimes pays to go for quality over cost. There are cheaper standoffs and screw covers but they have a cheap feel/finish to them. As a sign maker i have used Ispi for at least 12 years. On ordering they usually turn up the next day which is very handy! My only two slight gripes are 1). No 'trade' supplies, even though i might purchase hundreds of pounds worth there is no discount to sign in trade area. 2). Postage cost is a bit steep, lots of my suppliers provide free postage over £100. Having said all that the quality and speed of service makes it worth while
