Ordered a new pet tag on Friday as my lunatic pointer pup that races through everything full steam ahead lost his while out chasing birds on Thursday, our new tag was with me the following Tuesday, you really can't ask for a better or quicker service. I went for the titanium steel in black, the tag feels sturdy and the print is clear and defined. Excellent service, spoke to them asking for advice for best tag for a dog who likes to swim in sea. Very helpful, and I am very pleased with the product, these are proper engraved tags, not the lightly scratched versions from Pets at Home or the laser etched (black text) tags that both fade or rub off. These are deep engraved, professionally made tags. Please avoid cheap tags with black text as they are essentially "printed on" and will come off very easily.
