Working with Kerry Lummus of Lummus Virtual Solutions has been a real asset to my business. Kerry supported me in launching and running MedTech for Beginners, a podcast series aimed at helping innovators navigate the complexities of UK healthcare.
I knew that podcast admin could be time-consuming and, to be honest, quite daunting alongside the demands of running a consultancy. I decided to delegate early on, and Kerry was the perfect person to take the reins. She managed everything – from guest liaison and scheduling, to collecting bios and headshots, issuing reminders and joining links, and posting all associated social media content.
