This company are meant to be hosting my domain name and emails after building my website earlier this year. Today when there was a problem with my emails (not sending or receiving) and when I called them they basically said it was nothing to do with them and didn't help. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I am left disappointed with the extensive delays and dissatisfied with the absence of a satisfactory resolution so have walked away at a loss and no refund. I would suggest you have contractual contingencies built into the agreement that places a specific monetary value on time delays. I now use another company and have signed off the sites and the financial losses of what we paid as the owner Dipak refused to refund.

I have had several sites produced by these wonderful people and everyone has exceeded my expectations.

Their dedication and customer service are first class and nothing is to much trouble. My only regret is that I didn't find them years ago.

As a professional lie detection company we would not make this 5 star recommendation without good reason.
