We’re extremely disappointed with the service. We had a confirmed appointment to collect a banner today, but no one was present at the given address — which turned out to be a residential property, not a proper office. We waited outside for over 10 minutes after ringing the doorbell, but no one responded.

We also tried calling the official number, which always goes to voicemail, and WhatsApp calls haven’t worked since mid-May. We even drove to the listed office location, but it was closed.

This wasted our time and effort. Due to the poor communication and failure to honour the agreed collection arrangement, we now expect the banner to be delivered to us at no extra cost. Completely unacceptable experience.
