From start to finish Fat Promotions have delivered fantastic service and we are really happy with the website now that it's been published. It looks really professional, it has all of the functionality we require, some of it was quite tricky for Fat Promotions but as a client, we didn't feel any stress about it, our requirements were handled calmly and professionally (though i'm sure there was some head scratching behind the scenes, it wasn't passed to us). The back end of the website is a joy to use, so easy and intuitive. We are very grateful to Fiona and her team, we had a very tight timescale and with a great team effort, we got there. A very professional service. From initial fact find chat through to initial drafts, amendments and then final launch FAT Promotions are superb.
Their design team have a grounding in marketing and offer clear advice. They provide a range of suggestions looking at your target market. FAT Promotions launched our new website a year ago (I always wait to write reviews to ensure all is good). Over the past year they have contacted us monthly actively seeking updates to ensure the website remains current. They have contacted us and done the necessary to ensure our site is GDPR compliant. They keep us abreast of search engine developments ensuring we are aware of what is needed to keep us visible. I know FAT have been in business a long time and it's little wonder - they offer an excellent service!

The professional support that I received from Fiona and her team was apparent throughout the process of designing my website. Response times and replies to my questions were effective and friendly.
