She asks very insightful questions to explore in more detail areas which need further exploration. A rewarding experience to help assist me addressing both personal and professional challenges. I had a great experience working with Liz Dowling Marketing and Coaching as part of the Launch Success Challenge with the Young People in Horticulture Association. I was given three sessions with Liz as a delegate on the Challenge, and each one was incredibly valuable. I've had such wonderful support from Liz in the past few months, I came to Liz in need of some career advice and she not only helped me to better understand my values and what I was looking for in the next steps of my career but also helped me through interviews and to get jobs offers! Liz always had time for me and went out of her way to fit me into her busy schedule and meeting with her has been a really educational process for myself. Where do I begin , 5 stars just doesn’t feel enough for how amazing Liz is. We started our coaching sessions during a really challenging stage in my life, I wasn’t entirely sure how coaching was going to help but was willing to give anything a go in that moment. How glad I was. Liz was such a calm and powerful anchor in a whirlwind that was my life as she guided me and helped me believe in me. I was sad when our initial sessions ended and as I’ve moved forward , things are better but there’s so much more I know I can do with Liz’ guidance so I’m ready to pick them back up with her. I think everyone needs a Liz in their life.
