After 35 years of trading as a print broker, this was one of my worst experiences of customer service. After cancelling the order due to rudeness, incompetence and even calling me a liar despite me sending the proof I had they still had the audacity to threaten me with bad reviews on Google. I sincerely hope they do leave one as I will have a legal team pounce on it in seconds! Don't deal with an organisation who operate in this sinister fashion.
