This company shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. Parcels are left unattended in busy areas, which is careless and unacceptable. Instead of addressing their own mistakes, they try to shift the blame onto CCTV, which is a pointless excuse.

They also advertise next-day delivery that they cannot guarantee a misleading and unreliable practice. Customers deserve honesty and proper handling of deliveries, not excuses and false promises.

Received my order today, only to receive it with the incorrect spelling. Contacted their customer service email to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, instead of receiving the usual great customer service you would expect to receive, I was met with reluctance. A misinterpretation of being aggressive instead of abrupt, hilarious. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Edit: Love being called out for supposedly being a keyboard warrior. You have my correspondent address, come round for a cuppa mate. If you can get my address right that is 🤣 Who’s the keyboard warrior now? Hahahahaahah! I’m dying with laughter. I’ve hit a nerve that’s for sure 🤣

It’s funny because I read over my original first email and there is not a single ounce of rudeness. I think someone is just upset they can’t do their little entry grade job properly 😅 Maybe some keyboard lessons or a trip to spec savers might help.

Turns out you can neither spell or tell the time because my email was before midnight. It’s okay though…

Love coming back and reading the reviews for this failing hopeless business. Just shows the owner of this business really does not care and believe it or not, everyone who makes a complaint is rude and aggressive 😂 The irony when the business owner himself is exactly how he describes his customers. Funny how he said I hide behind a keyboard - he’s doing the exact same thing hahahahaha

Not particularly pleased to see I am not the only one to have an awful experience with this lot.

I have had a situation where my parcel was held up by Royal Mail. Once I queried this and looked to resolve, I received a barrage of abuse. This also included my kids names being fired back at me in a particularly disturbing and threatening manner (I had ordered personalised products). This should be the most alarming for anyone looking to use this shoddy outfit.

Their Amazon reviews may look OK because they don't have to deal with many people directly. But when they do, make sure you are ready for a fight!

Thankfully, I now have my refund thanks to Amazons A-Z guarantee. However, I would highly recommend you save your energy for a business that understands what customer service is.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
They sent bin stickers spelling name wrong (even though it was correct on order forms and address label). Then when I asked for new set/refund for their mistake they got abusive.
They now say they are ignoring me? So they make a mistake then keep my money.
Reported to Fair Trade Office.
See other reviews on Amazon they do this a lot. They also said in one of their emails that 95% of complainants give up and dont send photographs (I sent mine though) but i still havent got my refund....so they get to keep money from people who gave up/didnt send photographs. That's not right.

Absolutely no problem with this company. I ordered a custom printed Santa sack on 11th December via their Amazon listing and it was printed and dispatched within 24 hours. It arrived by Royal Mail a few days later (probably would've been quicker had it not been for COVID and the busy Christmas period). The item was sensibly packaged in a plastic postal bag and, once opened, it was exactly as described/depicted on Amazon. Great quality product, great service and a fair price. Will use these guys again without hesitation.

Horrendous customer service practices. Never received my order. Notified company. They kept asking for the shipping address which I provided several times. After I provided the address for a 3rd time and stated that this address was given AGAIN, I received a rude and unprofessional reply! Now we have no goods and no refund and The Lazy Cow Printing Company are now threatening to SUE ME FOR LEAVING A BAD REVIEW! If they threaten to sue EVERYONE that has left a bad review, they are definitely going to be pretty busy!

I have just been threatened for leaving a bad review on amazon , what started off as a simple enquiry for them to track my goods as it was my artwork for a customer as led to them calling me a racist when I have no idea of there race and dont care, cancelling a order from a customer of mine on her account and saying they will show her the emails to show here what sort or person I am I'm sure there a data protection act that covers private correspondence, they have been rude and threatening, yet when you look at all the bad reviews they say its the customers who are rude. I have reported them to amazon . My advise stay away from this company....update, the company has now contacted my customer via Amazon telling them I'm a racist they have no reason to call me a rasist, I guessing they have looked at my profile pic linked to my Amazon account of some artwork I did 20 years ago for a customerthat was for a tattoo in memory of his grandad who was in ww2.

A very nasty company to deal with. My advice is go elsewhere. Rude and aggressive if you complain that a product hasn't arrived and they refuse to show you proof it's been sent. AVOID, they are nasty people. They threaten court action, so take me to court....let's see who wins. The Lazy Cow company is now on social media for there accusations and vile service. UPDATE... They are now threatening to post our names and address all over Google. First canvass was faulty, they agreed, the replacement didn't arrive, and they won't give a tracking number for us to find where it so called has been delivered too. VILE LIERS. No doubt will be called racists next as per other reviews customers have been.Hope to see them in court.They are pathetic people. I wait to discover what they say back. Maybe il be called a 'KAREN ' if not a ' racist' or some other name so they look good. End of the day I only wanted a canvas , didnt even want a refund.
