My energy supplier was in the process of extracting hundreds of pounds from my account(no warning given btw) at £1 per day.
I noticed this,eventually,and discovered that the money was going towards an imaginary debt.
After being shunted from pillar to post through a collective 9 hrs of phone calls to the company's call centre,I had all but given up when Energist was recommended..
..within 2 weeks I had an apology and a full refund..
