I am so disappointed with the quality of data we received. After explaining the sole purpose of why we was getting new data and data cleaned, Adam Rawstrone who was the main contact for this transaction failed to explain the meaning of the add ons in which a really important one to us would have been companies that have dissolved and shut down, in which their description is 'goneaways'. Had he explained this better, it would have been an easy up sell for him and we would have got cleaner data.

We have tested the data that 'wasn't' found in their system and for 34 out of 50 are still active, so has left us really questioning the quality on the rest of the 15,000. In trying to resolve this i had to chase multiple times in which the last email correspondence was rude and condescending. Leaving us no option but to take our business elsewhere.

I’m not sure what quality checks this company undertake in relation to the accuracy of data that they sell to businesses, I can assure you that I have my doubts. I have had companies selling me financial services to my personal email address which is linked to a business in Northamptonshire. I am not connected to business in Northamptonshire. I’m awaiting contact from their Compliance Officer / Data Protection Officer with regards to how they have my personal email address and to discuss the next steps to gaining an amicable solution

I'm truly disappointed with the quality of the data we received. We were given the assurance that it had been verified within the last 3 months, but the reality was quite different.

More than 50% of the data turned out to be unreliable, inaccurate, or shockingly outdated. To make matters worse, we stumbled upon multiple contacts that hadn't been with their company for over a decade! This wasn't an isolated case; a significant portion of our contacts faced similar issues.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't consider using this company again and can't in good conscience recommend them to others.
