I approached SME Needs to help me to understand more about email marketing; specifically using Mailchimp. Nigel was really helpful and very approachable, he quickly arranged a two hour online training session with me which was great! Very focussed, very easy to understand and excellent value for money. I've come away from the session much more confident and ready to use this useful tool to help grow our business. I'd definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be using this company again.
