Oh my goodness, where do I start. Pip is firstly, very patient (I am a self professed tech moron) and secondly, has the most amazing eye for how things should and could look and work. She has worked out issues I was having, she has made the site look new, despite just giving it a facelift with existing tools available in my theme and i can't recommend her enough. Surely no coincidence that my traffic has increased and they stay on the site for longer either? Thank you Pip, for putting up with my dumb questions and making it not so complicated, I cannot recommend you highly enough!

So easy to book an appointment, was contacted in advance to ensure all the access permissions were ready to go, and the session itself was fantastic. So helpful and practical, and not only rectified the issue but I left with some other pointers to think about too. Pip has just given our website a complete overhaul & it's been a brilliant process from start to finish. It was well organised & documented in the early stages so we knew what was expected from us in terms of imagery and content.
Nothing was too much trouble - including our wholesale app which was definitely a bit of a tricksy one to sort.
Don't delay in making your decision as I know she has a waiting list building up!
